the new job

Erin and I are really enjoying our new positions at Deep Creek Community Church Punta Gorda, FL (www.deepcreekcommunitychurch.com). If you don't know we just recently moved here from Fairmont, WV where we had a great experience working with some amazing people. We are both doing similar jobs here, as we were in WV. I am over the Worship and Arts Ministry, while Erin works as the Graphic Artist for the church. As with all transitions there has been many adjustments to being down here. Some good and some a challenge. Overall though, we are blessed. We are doing ministry like we have never done it before. We are doing our best to think outside the box and into the mind of Christ on what will reach people that do not know Christ as their savior. We are being stretched and challenged in pursuing that mission. I want to see people being saved in our services! My heartbeat is for people to connect with Jesus through worshiping with music and listening to a great message that will challenge their heart. We are blessed to be here.
